Reno County Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday

RENO COUNTY, KS — The Reno County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, in the Veterans Room at the Reno County Courthouse, 206 W. First Ave.
The consent agenda includes approval of county vouchers, purchase of up to two used Sheriff's Office vehicles, proposed text amendments to county zoning regulations, a rezoning request for approximately 180 acres near North Buhler Road and East 4th Avenue, a conditional use permit request for a proposed golf course resort at the same location, Public Works purchase of two dump truck chassis, declaration of two Public Works vehicles as surplus and consideration of a previously tabled tax abatement request for storm-damaged property.
Agenda items include the Emergency Management Annual Report.
An executive session for non-elected personnel is scheduled.
