Water main break shuts down service on East 9th Street in Hutchinson

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — City crews are working to repair a water line break at 9th and Maple streets, officials announced Tuesday.

Water service has been shut off on East 9th Street from Maple to Plum while repairs are underway, according to a post on the City of Hutchinson's Facebook page.

The estimated outage is expected to last two to four hours.

City officials thanked residents for their patience as crews work to restore service as quickly as possible.
