Update on projects

A portion of Walters Drive closed Oct. 9 for street and sewer replacement work. The stretch from Tuttle Creek Boulevard to Russel Court will remain closed through Oct. 29. Residents can access Eisenhower School from Baird or Kirkwood roads, while Russel Court remains accessible from the east for local traffic only.

The Anderson Avenue waterline project currently has traffic control in place for phase II, with modifications to that control planned over the next couple of weeks, according to Ken Hays, project coordinator. Two-way traffic will be maintained throughout this phase of the project. Motorists are advised to observe the 20 mph speed limit and exercise caution due to narrow lanes.
