Adam Hamilton, the Democrat challenging Republican U.S. Sen. Roger Marshall in a race some polls show as a statistical tie, is set to bring his statewide bus tour to downtown McPherson at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29.

According to news reports, Hamilton's campaign kicked off the bus tour in Olathe and has since stopped in towns across Kansas, focusing on the cost of living and political division.

The McPherson stop, Hamilton's second McPherson stop of the campaign, is scheduled for Downtown Plaza, 100 E. Marlin St.
