Section of Hudson Trail to close for Evergy-funded concrete repairs
Detour set along Gary Avenue as crews replace panels near Bergman Elementary
MANHATTAN, Kan. — A section of the Hudson Trail in Manhattan will close to pedestrians and cyclists June 1-5 as crews replace damaged concrete panels along the path. The repairs, funded by the utility company Evergy, will shut down the trail from Churchill south to the sidewalk leading to Bergman Elementary School. Weather permitting, trail users are advised to navigate around the work zone using a designated detour route along Gary Avenue.
