On Wednesday afternoon, crowds of people gathered along 20th Avenue at the Kansas State Fairgrounds, all asking the same question: Where can we see the Clydesdales?
The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales are one of the top attractions at the 2026 Kansas State Fair. They are housed in their own stable tents, located just inside Gate 9 on the southeast corner of the grounds. This team of Clydesdales, known as a hitch, is based at the Budweiser brewery in St. Louis, MO, and works primarily in the Midwest, with two additional hitches working on the East and West Coasts.

Their first performance, a parade featuring the full eight-horse hitch, took place Wednesday afternoon. Visitors to the Fair can view the horses near Gate 9 and at various locations on the fairgrounds throughout the week.
