Maple Street Barbershop to Host July 3rd Independence Day Kickoff
Community celebration features live music, local food vendors

MCPHERSON, Kan. —Maple Street Barbershop will transform into an outdoor entertainment venue on July 3rd, hosting an early Independence Day celebration at 409 N. Maple starting at 7:00 PM. The event will feature live music by Artifact performing from 7 to 10 PM, creating a festive atmosphere for families and community members to gather before the Fourth of July holiday.
Local restaurants and vendors will provide food and beverage options throughout the evening, including offerings from La Jefa Mexican Restaurant, Coaches BBQ & Easy Bar, and Sweet Rolls & Boba Pearls. The event, sponsored by Flatland Diesel and Stupka Chiropratic, encourages attendees to bring their own lawn chairs for comfortable outdoor seating. The celebration offers residents an opportunity to kick off the holiday weekend with neighbors while enjoying music and cuisine from popular local establishments.
