Emilio Soto was taken into custody Friday evening following an incident earlier that morning involving a 24-year-old woman. During the arrest, officers also served Soto with outstanding Riley County District Court warrants from 2016 and 2020. The 2016 warrant stems from a single count of domestic battery.
