The Riley County Police Department arrested Kevin Kendre Brown on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Riley County Jail on 10 counts of rape and 10 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Prosecutors added two more counts by his first court appearance Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in Riley County District Court, bringing the total to 10 counts of rape of a child, 11 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and one count of aggravated sexual battery.
