RENO COUNTY, Kan. — Shep Chevrolet has delivered a $2,000 donation to United Way of Reno County, completing a year-long commitment to donate $10 for every vehicle sold at the dealership.
The contribution, presented Oct. 23, represents the culmination of Shauna and her team's participation in the iPledge program, which supports local families and community initiatives through the nonprofit organization.

"This small-town, family-owned dealership doesn't just sell cars — they help drive change," United Way of Reno County said in announcing the donation.
The iPledge initiative allows businesses to pledge ongoing support to United Way, with contributions tied to specific business activities or milestones. Shep Chevrolet's vehicle-based donation model enabled the dealership to build its contribution throughout the year.
United Way of Reno County serves the local community through various programs focused on education, financial stability and health. The organization can be reached at (620) 669-9329 or through its website at unitedwayofrenocounty.org.
Shep Chevrolet operates as a locally owned Chevrolet dealership in the region.
