Kansas State Fair Debuts New Food Options for 2025

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Kansas State Fair is introducing several new food vendors and menu items for fairgoers this year, expanding dining options beyond traditional fair favorites.

New additions include Truffle Burger from The Beer Garden, offering an upscale twist on the classic fair burger. Little B's Fried Pies brings a Southern comfort food staple to the fairgrounds, while MidState Cookers introduces blackened shrimp for seafood enthusiasts.

Pop's Place will serve fried brownie bites and pulled pork corn dogs, combining dessert and barbecue elements. Waddle Wagon rounds out the new offerings with firecracker wontons and cookie butter beignets.

The fair, which runs Sept. 5-14, continues to feature returning vendor favorites alongside the new food options. Fair officials said the expanded menu reflects efforts to provide diverse dining experiences for visitors of all tastes.

The new vendors join dozens of existing food stands and restaurants that have become staples of the annual event. Food booths typically open daily at 10 a.m. and operate through evening hours.

Additional information about fair food vendors and their locations can be found on the Kansas State Fair's official website and food guide, which will be distributed at fair entrances.

The Kansas State Fair takes place at the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson.
