Hutchinson closes Adams Street lane for utility work

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The southbound lane on Adams Street between 9th and 10th streets will be closed Dec. 2 through the morning of Dec. 8 while crews complete two valve replacements and a fire hydrant replacement in the area, according to the City of Hutchinson.
The closure was announced by city officials on social media. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes or expect delays in the area during the work period.
