HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Clinic has appointed Matt Leary as its new chief executive officer, the organization announced.

Leary brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to the position, with a proven track record in strengthening operations, improving financial performance and enhancing patient care quality.

Throughout his career, Leary has collaborated with physician groups ranging from large health systems to independent practices. His expertise includes leading complex insurance provider negotiations, building focused provider networks and developing strategies that support high-quality care while maintaining strong financial outcomes.
