Fight for Hope dinner a success

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Salvation Army of Reno County raised $2,833 at its annual Fight for Hope dinner in Hutchinson on Thursday.

The fundraising event featured live music, a silent auction, building tours and a meal from Salt City Brewery. Guest speaker Benjamin Anderson shared Matthew 25:40: "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

The organization thanked sponsors, its Advisory Council and attendees for supporting its mission of "Doing the Most Good in Reno County."
