Deputy Britting Earns Top Academic Honor at Law Enforcement Training

Deputy Britting graduated from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center's 348th Basic Training Class on October 24, earning the prestigious Director's Academic Award for his exceptional performance during the 14-week program.

To earn the award, Deputy Britting completed all written exams, including the final, with an overall average of 94% or higher while successfully completing all performance testing, skills testing, firearms qualifications, standardized field sobriety testing, and emergency vehicle operations. The Director's Academic Award recognizes cadets who demonstrate outstanding academic excellence and proficiency across all training requirements at KLETC. The McPherson County Sheriff's Office congratulated Deputy Britting on his graduation and commended his hard work and dedication throughout the rigorous training program.
