Bullpups Tennis Girls Varsity Sweeps Home Tournament
McPherson Red finishes first, McPherson White takes second at home.
MCPHERSON, Kan. — The McPherson Bullpups varsity girls tennis team dominated their home tournament, with McPherson Red claiming first place and McPherson White finishing second. In singles, M. Paul led the way with a perfect 4-0 record to take first, while M. Wiens (2-1) placed second, A. Sandbo (2-1) took third, A. Miller (2-2) finished fourth and S. Krug (2-2) placed sixth. In doubles, the team of A. Unruh and Q. Liebl went a flawless 3-0 to claim first place, D. Rodriguez and L. Kuhn (2-1) took second, P. VanCampen and A. Holmes (2-2) placed fourth and B. Sullivan and E. Reno (2-1) finished ninth.
