U.S. Sen. Jerry Moran, a Republican, completed his 2026 tour of all 105 Kansas counties this week, finishing with a final stop in Sharon Springs.

Moran wrapped up the tour by meeting with residents at the Wallace County courthouse and a local senior center. He began the year's travels with visits to the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center in Topeka and St. John Hospital in Leavenworth.

Along the route, Moran met with constituents across the state to gather feedback to inform his work in Washington. His stops included discussions with health care professionals at Rush County Hospital, rising seniors at Norwich High School, farmers and ranchers at a roundtable in Winchester, and deputies at the Brown County Sheriff's Office.

Moran credited the extensive travel and conversations with civic groups, American Legion posts and rotary clubs for helping him better understand the daily challenges, ideas and successes of Kansans.
