Bullpups Girls Varsity Golf Takes 2nd at Wellington

WELLINGTON, Kan. — The McPherson Bullpups varsity girls golf team finished second at a nine-hole tournament in Wellington on Tuesday, carding a 202 to trail champion Wellington's 174. Pera Bauer led the Bullpups with a sixth-place individual finish, while Ari Prose and Addie French tied for ninth, Abby Schieferecke placed 12th, Lleyton Kuhn 16th and Amelia Moody tied for 17th. The event was shortened to nine holes due to heat.
