11:15 AMJamie Michael Keedy, white male, age 34, 328 W 5th Ave, Apt 1, was issued a notice to appear for theft by deception under $1,500 after taking items from Kwik Shop without permission.
2:21 AMTreston Harris, Hispanic male, age 34, 626 E 3rd Ave, was arrested for possession of opiates, aggravated child endangerment, DUI incapable of safely operating with child present, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. Gabriella Marr, Hispanic female, age 25, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

9:15 PMJoshua Wooten, white male, age 16, 708 E Sherman Ave, was issued a juvenile notice to appear for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
8:29 PMMariah Berry, white female, age 15, Hutchinson, was issued a juvenile notice to appear for battery.
5:30 PMBrayden Ross, white male, age 14, 1707 E Blanchard Ave, and Gabriel Rodriguez, Hispanic male, age 16, 1707 E Blanchard Ave, were both issued juvenile notices to appear for battery after battering each other.
1:15 PMTawnie Lynn Copley, white female, age 43, 1211 W 24th Ave Unit B, was issued a notice to appear for theft by deception under $1,500 after taking numerous items from Walmart without paying. She was also advised of trespass from Walmart.
1:04 AMEsaiahs Flores, white male, age 25, 226 W 11th Ave, was arrested for interference with a law enforcement officer and on a Hutchinson Police Department warrant.
