6:30 PM – MELODY BLAINE, white female, age 54, 328 Justice St., and EARL SMITH, Hispanic male, age 44, 1005 E Ave C, were arrested following a motor vehicle accident at 900 E Ave A. Blaine was arrested for driving while suspended and DUI: incapable of safely driving. Smith was arrested for incorrect transportation of liquor and DUI: incapable of safely driving.

5:41 PM – JOSEPH E. GARCIA, white male, age 48, Topeka, was arrested at 2200 N Lorraine St for DUI second conviction, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, ITOL, and driving in violation of restrictions.

4:20 PM – RAMON A. LUNA, Hispanic male, age 46, Hutchinson, was arrested at 2200 N Lorraine St for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and illegal transportation of alcoholic beverage.

3:04 PM – RICHARD ACOSTA III, Hispanic male, age 38, homeless, was arrested in the 1200 block of E 4th Ave for interference with law enforcement, littering on public property, and consuming alcoholic liquor on public property.

2:11 PM – MADISON D. BENITEZ, white female, age 24, 100 W 6th Ave Lot S7, South Hutchinson, was arrested for domestic battery, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:48 AM – CASSONDRA M. SCOTT, white female, age 50, 207 W 28th Ave, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, original charge ignition interlock tampering.

12:37 PM — BRICEN W. SMITH, white male, age 38, 406 E 12th Ave, was arrested for driving while revoked, illegal display, knowingly driving uninsured vehicle, ignition interlock tampering, and driving while habitual.

2:07 PM — PABLO MARTINEZ, Hispanic male, age 21, 1707 E Blanchard, was issued a notice to appear for driving without a license, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
