Annual Crawl for Cancer Returns October 10 to Benefit WACCC

McPHERSON — The much-anticipated Crawl for Cancer fundraising event returns Friday, October 10, from 4:00 to 8:30 p.m., offering participants an opportunity to support the Women and Children's Community Cancer Center (WACCC) while enjoying an evening of community fellowship across six McPherson establishments.

Tickets for this 21-and-over event are priced at $30 and remain available on a limited basis. Interested participants can purchase tickets at Gentiva Hospice, located at 900 E. 1st Street in McPherson. The hospice accepts cash, check, or Venmo payments for ticket purchases.

The crawl route features six popular McPherson venues, each offering participants a complimentary beverage with their ticket admission. The participating establishments include:

• Easy
• Hank's Place
• Tres Amigos Mexican Restaurant
• Three Rings Brewery
• McPherson American Legion
• La Jefa Mexicana

The evening culminates at the McPherson American Legion at 8:30 p.m., where participants will gather for prize drawings and the announcement of fundraising totals. Select beverages and soda options will be available throughout the event to accommodate various preferences.

All proceeds from the Crawl for Cancer directly benefit WACCC, supporting vital cancer services for women and children in the McPherson community. Organizers encourage participants to purchase tickets soon, as availability is limited.
