MANHATTAN, Kan. — Drivers traveling along Anderson Avenue can expect the roadway to fully reopen to through traffic by June 29 following weather-related concrete delays, according to city officials. Despite the setbacks, a crew of 30 workers and nine concrete trucks has made significant progress to keep the project on schedule for its late-June deadline. Through traffic is currently permitted with the assistance of flaggers, though motorists should anticipate minor delays and use caution in the mobile work zone.
