Alpha Delta Pi hosts 51st annual pumpkin patch fair

MANHATTAN, Kan. — Alpha Delta Pi at Kansas State University will host its 51st Annual Pumpkin Patch Arts and Crafts Fair on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Manhattan Town Center.
The event benefits the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Wichita and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation. This year's fair will be located on Poyntz Avenue in downtown Manhattan and inside the Manhattan Town Center, featuring a variety of handmade, homemade and refurbished goods and artistry.
Alpha Delta Pi KSU has 373 people responding to the event, which is open to anyone on or off Facebook.
The Alpha Eta Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi was founded at Kansas State University in 1915. The sorority has over 150 women in the chapter, each committed to Alpha Delta Pi's core values of scholarship, leadership, sisterhood and service.
According to K-State records, Alpha Delta Pi has 137 members with 61 living in the chapter house at 518 Sunset Ave. The sorority maintains a 3.63 GPA and raised $1,766 in donations while contributing 1,675 community service hours during the spring 2025 semester.
The chapter received gold ratings in new member retention, philanthropy, council engagement, community service and advisement in K-State's Community Standards Report, with a silver rating in campus involvement.
Alpha Delta Pi operates alcohol-free housing and participates in the Panhellenic Council. The chapter's primary philanthropy is Ronald McDonald House Charity, which provides housing and support for families with seriously ill children receiving medical treatment away from home.
The annual Pumpkin Patch Arts and Crafts Fair has become a Manhattan tradition, connecting local artisans with the community while supporting charitable causes.
