Wildcats Remain Unbeaten with 62-21 Victory Over Sedgwick

The Moundridge Wildcats continued their perfect season, improving to 7-0 with a commanding 62-21 victory over Sedgwick on the road.

The Wildcats built a 41-16 halftime advantage and cruised to victory in the second half, showcasing their offensive depth and defensive intensity.

Churchill led the way with 11 points, while Shahan added 11 points in the winning effort. K. Kanitz contributed 9 points, and Schmidt chipped in 9 points as well. The balanced attack continued with Lutz (6 points), Burge (5 points), Koehn (3 points), Roth (3 points), Ti. Wilson (2 points), Adolf (2 points), and Godwin (1 point) all finding the scoring column.

Moundridge's defensive pressure and efficient offense proved too much for the Cardinals, as the Wildcats held Sedgwick to just 21 points while scoring 62 themselves.

The victory keeps Moundridge undefeated as they continue to roll through their schedule under coach Kanitz's leadership. The Wildcats have now won seven consecutive games to start the season, demonstrating their ability to score efficiently while playing solid defense.

Moundridge will look to extend their winning streak and remain perfect on the season as the face Bennington after Christmas Break.
