Why McPherson needs more restaurants

The decision to move to a town usually comes down to 2 factors: 1) work and 2) personal life. McPherson has a strong foundation on the first, with room to keep improving. The second needs more attention.
To turn commuters into residents and college students into neighbors, McPherson needs more places to eat. This column will explain why we don't have them and propose 2 ways to get them.
