Against Liberal, Alyssa Schroeder earned the win on the mound, tossing three hitless innings, while the Bullpups pounded out 11 hits — highlighted by doubles from Pavlovich, Buchman, Schroeder and Gross. McPherson erupted for five runs in the first and nine in the third to end the game early as the Redskins committed seven errors.
In the nightcap against Maize, Pavlovich went the distance on the mound and drove in two runs at the plate, while Doile led the offense with a triple and four RBIs as McPherson built a cushion with a six-run third inning and held on despite three Eagles errors matched by three of their own.
