UPDATE: Traffic signal at 11th, Plum back up
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A traffic signal at 11th Avenue and Plum Street is fully operational after it was temporarily offline following a motor vehicle accident, city officials announced. Traffic is flowing as usual again.
The City of Hutchinson implemented all-way stop control measures at the intersection to ensure safety and maintain traffic flow. Motorists were advised to approach with caution and follow posted signage.
The accident that damaged the signal was reportedly captured on closed-circuit television, according to social media comments on the city's announcement.
