Two McPherson Center for Health employees graduate from local leadership program
Kelsi Hilger and Colton Arnold recently completed the community's leadership development training
MCPHERSON, Kan. — McPherson Center for Health is recognizing two employees for their recent graduation from the Leadership McPherson program.
Paramedic Kelsi Hilger, a five-year McPherson EMS veteran, and Certified Surgical Technician Colton Arnold, who joined the hospital in 2024, completed the community training designed to connect emerging leaders with local industries and civic organizations.
Hospital Chief Operating Officer Charity Clark praised the pair, noting their compassion and commitment to serving others continues to positively impact both their medical teams and the broader community.
