Citizen Journal Internal Platform — Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this platform, you acknowledge that it is intended for internal use only by Citizen Journal employees and their authorized users. By continuing to use this system, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable company policies.
If you are not an authorized user, you are prohibited from accessing or using this platform, and your access may be terminated at any time without notice.
2. Authorized Use and Access
This platform is provided solely for internal operations, collaboration, and communication within Citizen Journal. Access is limited to:
- Current Citizen Journal employees, or
- Authorized contractors, partners, or affiliates explicitly granted access.
Unauthorized use or access to this system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, termination, or legal action.
3. Data Management and Modification
Citizen Journal retains full control over all data stored on or transmitted through this platform.
We reserve the right to edit, rewrite, or delete any data, content, or user account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason — including but not limited to system maintenance, compliance, data integrity, or internal security protocols.
Users should not expect data permanence or continuity of content.

4. User Accounts
Users must maintain accurate and current account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring that they are not shared with unauthorized individuals.
Citizen Journal reserves the right to disable, revoke, or audit any user account suspected of unauthorized or inappropriate use.
5. Use Restrictions
Users may not:
- Share access credentials with anyone outside Citizen Journal or its authorized affiliates.
- Copy, distribute, or publish any internal data or materials externally.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to system components.
- Use the platform for personal, commercial, or public purposes unrelated to Citizen Journal’s internal operations.
6. Content and Submissions
Any content, data, or materials submitted to the platform are considered internal to Citizen Journal. By submitting content, you:
- Confirm that you have the right to share it internally.
- Grant Citizen Journal an unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, modify, or remove it as needed.
- Acknowledge that submitted content may be reviewed, altered, or deleted at any time without notice.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
This platform may collect, process, and store user information for operational, security, and auditing purposes. All use of personal or company data is subject to Citizen Journal’s internal privacy and data governance policies.
By using this platform, you consent to such internal data handling practices.

This platform and all associated materials are provided “as is” for internal use. Citizen Journal makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the functionality, accuracy, or reliability of the system or its contents. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Termination of Access
Citizen Journal may suspend or terminate access for any user, at any time, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Unauthorized use
- Security concerns or compliance requirements
Upon termination, any stored data or content may be deleted permanently.
10. Modifications to Terms
Citizen Journal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
