Southbound Hall Street closes for water line installation
Lane closure between 13th and 17th streets expected to last through Friday
HAYS, Kan. — Drivers heading south on Hall Street will need to find an alternate route this week as crews install a new water line between 13th and 17th streets. The southbound closure began Monday and is scheduled to wrap up by Friday, June 27, weather permitting.
