Adding a variety of veggies to your plate throughout the week, is so important!  WHY??

Each color provides different nutrients which is essential to our immune system. 

🌶️Reds help to fight heart disease

🍊Orange colored veggies and fruits are good for the skin

🌽Yellows are good for the gut

🍆Purple is great for the brain

🥬Greens are good for fighting sickness and bone health

In my opinion, multiple colors are great for fighting sickness and supporting good health in general.
