Seven Bullpups Earn Girls Wrestling All-League Honors
McPherson lands one first-team and two second-team selections on AVCTL D III/IV squad.
MCPHERSON, Kan. — Seven McPherson girls wrestlers were recognized on the AVCTL Division III/IV all-league team, announced March 10. Heidi Fairchild earned first-team honors at 170 pounds, while Kara McQueen (115) and Amara Dossett (125) were named to the second team.
Alexis Mintzer (120), Nahla Sechler (140), Alynn Ortiz (155) and Juana Miguel-Gaspar (235) each received honorable mention selections for the Bullpups.
