Board approves signage update for Salina chamber building

SALINA, Kan. — The Salina Design Review Board approved a Certificate of Compatibility for new signage at the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce building at 120 W. Ash St. during its May 14 meeting. The application, filed by Lumineo Signs on behalf of the chamber, covers new signage for the chamber building and the Salina Area Chamber Annex at 218 N. Seventh St. The board passed the measure with one recusal.


Board reviews exterior changes at Salina Medical Arts Building

SALINA, Kan. — The Salina Design Review Board approved a Certificate of Compatibility for exterior alterations at 520 S. Santa Fe Ave., the Salina Medical Arts Building. The application was filed by Charles Renz of Jones Gillam Renz Architects on behalf of Salina Regional Health Properties Inc. and called for converting an existing single-door entry into a double-door nonpublic delivery access entry and installing a shed-style aluminum and fabric canopy.

SALINA, Kan. — The Salina Design Review Board approved a Certificate of Compatibility for exterior alterations at 108 N. Santa Fe Ave. The application was filed by Salina real estate appraiser Clint Glaser and covers a front-facade and storefront renovation, including installation of a new storefront window system and entry doors.
