ReUse It Center Distributes January Donations to Local Organizations
STEPMC, Associated Ministries of Moundridge and Moundridge Youth Ministries receive donations
The ReUse It Center continued its mission of supporting the local community with its January 2026 benevolent distributions, providing funds to three area organizations.

STEPMC, which works to walk alongside people until they are out of poverty, received a donation. The organization provides a framework for building relationships across economic and class lines, fostering connections and creating pathways of opportunity for those in need. Executive Director Angie Brunk accepted the donation alongside ReUse It Center volunteer Kathy Berry.

Associated Ministries of Moundridge, which coordinates Christian outreach and community action among area churches, also received funds. The organization oversees ministries including Angel's Attic, Cradle to Crayons, Moundridge Food Pantry, Moundridge Senior Center and Helping Hands of Moundridge. Rick Krehbiel represented the organization, with ReUse It Center board secretary Dot Janzen presenting the donation.

Moundridge Youth Ministries, a K-8 program that has served area youth for 16 years, rounded out the January distributions. The program provides meals, Christian programming with music and art, and hands-on servant leadership lessons. Dwight Suderman accepted the donation on behalf of MYM from ReUse It Center volunteer Danny Glidewell.
