Red Rock Road to Close for Bridge Replacement

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A section of Red Rock Road in Reno County will be closed beginning Tuesday for bridge replacement work, county officials announced.

The closure affects Red Rock Road between Whiteside Road and Mohawk Road and will remain in effect until further notice, according to a post on the Reno County, Kansas – Government Facebook page.

No detour route or estimated completion date was provided. Reno County Public Works is overseeing the project.

Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes until the road reopens.
