Planning Commission to Hold Public Hearing on Floodplain Regulations
Board of Zoning Appeals also set to review proposed revisions at Municipal Center
MCPHERSON, Kan. – The City of McPherson Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals announced Tuesday they will hold a public hearing next month to discuss potential changes to local floodplain regulations. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026, at the Municipal Center located at 400 E. Kansas Ave. City officials are encouraging residents interested in reviewing the proposed revisions or viewing flood maps in advance to contact City Hall at (620) 245-2535.
