Recent Food Safety Inspections in Reno County (June 2025):

Establishments Inspected:

1. Dutch Kitchen Restaurant (Hutchinson) - 06/12/2025, Routine, In Compliance, Violation #1-2

Key Findings

• All establishments were "In Compliance" despite some having violations
• Inspection Type: All were routine inspections

Inspection Results:

• In the RIC there was a container of diced chicken with no date mark. PIC didn't know when it was opened. COS PIC disposed of the chicken.
• In the RIC there was a container of sliced olives with no date mark. PIC said they were opened 6/9 COS PIC date marked the olives.
