Emergency Department Nurse Receives DAISY Award Recognition

A registered nurse in the Emergency Department at Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System has been nominated for a DAISY Award, recognizing exceptional patient care during challenging circumstances.
Anna Stansbury, RN, received the nomination for her compassionate care and professional skills during what hospital officials described as an "incredibly demanding shift." The DAISY Award honors nurses who demonstrate extraordinary compassion and clinical excellence.
"Anna demonstrated compassion, patience, and understanding in a very difficult clinical setting," according to the nomination. "She cared for critically ill patients with complex needs, supported families through heartbreaking moments, and remained calm and kind throughout it all."
