Moundridge USD 423 Board Approves 2026-2027 Academic Calendar
Classes will begin Aug. 27 and end May 26, with breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas and spring
MOUNDRIDGE, Kan. — The Moundridge USD 423 Board of Education approved the 2026-2027 school calendar on April 13, setting the first day of classes for students in grades K-12 on Aug. 27 and the last day of school for May 26. The calendar includes Thanksgiving break Nov. 25-27, Christmas break from Dec. 21 through Jan. 4, and spring break March 15-19. Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for Oct. 22 and Feb. 18, and the calendar also builds in multiple professional development days and early dismissals throughout the year.
