Moundridge school board approves staff pay raises, sets $43,160 base salary
Classified workers to see at least a 5% wage increase starting July 1
MOUNDRIDGE, Kan. — Teachers and staff in Moundridge Unified School District 423 will receive higher pay next year after the Board of Education approved a new negotiated agreement raising the district's base salary by $1,660, to $43,160.
Superintendent Cody Rierson said the approved package guarantees classified workers at least a 5% wage increase and provides a $1,000 bonus to any staff member who completes LETRS training. Compensation changes for certified educators take effect for the 2025-2026 school year.
