Moundridge Defeats Inman 49-41
Wildcats Improve to 16-3 with Balanced Scoring Attack
The Moundridge Wildcats continued their strong season Friday night with a 49-41 victory at Inman. The Wildcats used balanced scoring and solid execution to pull away from the Redskins and improve their impressive record to 16-3.
Churchill led Moundridge with 11 points, while Burge added 10 points in the winning effort. Lutz and Shahan each contributed nine points, while Schmidt had four points. Kanitz added two points as the Wildcats spread the scoring around and maintained control throughout the contest. The defensive effort helped hold Inman to 41 points.
The victory extends Moundridge's winning ways as they continue to build momentum heading into the postseason. The Wildcats will travel to Hesston on Monday for their next game as they look to keep their strong season rolling.
