Wildcats Improve to 14-3 with Balanced Offensive Attack
The Moundridge Wildcats rolled to a 70-50 victory over Marion Thursday night, extending their impressive season record to 14-3. The Wildcats controlled the game throughout, using balanced scoring and solid execution to pull away from the Warriors.
Lutz paced Moundridge with a team-high 17 points, while Shahan added 14 points in the winning effort. Churchill contributed nine points as the Wildcats spread the scoring around and maintained offensive pressure throughout the contest.
The Wildcats will look to continue their strong season next Tuesday when they travel to Ell-Saline. With a 14-3 record, Moundridge has established itself as one of the top teams in the area as they head into the final weeks of the regular season.
