MMS Girls Wrestling Sweeps Dual Matches Against Rose Hill, Prairie Hills
Bullpups go 2-0 on the night; eight wrestlers finish undefeated in varsity action
The McPherson Middle School girls wrestling team continued its strong season Monday night, picking up a pair of dual victories over Rose Hill (58-36) and Prairie Hills (47-30).
Eight Bullpups finished the night undefeated in varsity competition. Amanda Lauw, Evah Foster, Sophie Racines, Sloan Shober, Rheamy Rierson, Peyton File, Serenity Peery, and Blake Babcock each went 2-0 on the evening. McKaylee Peterson and Gracelynn DeWitt each split their matches at 1-1.
The JV squad also performed well, with Alexis File and Peyton File both going 2-0. Ingrid Diaz, Hattie Krug, and Serenity Peery each added a victory.
