McPherson Volleyball Dominates Home Triangular at McPherson College
Bullpups sweep Mulvane and Buhler behind balanced offensive attack

The McPherson volleyball team showcased their depth and talent in a commanding triangular performance at McPherson College, sweeping both Mulvane and Buhler to continue their strong season.
The Bullpups opened with a dominant 25-14, 25-11 victory over Mulvane before closing out the evening with a 25-10, 25-19 win against Buhler.
Offensive Balance Leads the Way
McPherson's attack was led by a trio of players who combined for 42 kills. Brooke Doile paced the offense with 19 kills while also contributing defensively with 13 digs and one block. Elley Paulsen added 12 kills and a block, while Ava Romero rounded out the top attackers with 11 kills, 13 digs, and one block.
Riley Whitfield orchestrated the offense with a stellar 44 assists, setting up her teammates for consistent success at the net throughout both matches.
Serving and Defense Shine
The Bullpups controlled the service game behind Carmin Pavlovich, who recorded three aces while adding 10 digs defensively. Adelyn Barrow contributed two aces to the serving effort.
McPherson's back-row defense was anchored by the trio of Doile, Romero, and Pavlovich, who combined for 36 digs to limit both opponents' offensive opportunities.
The comprehensive victories demonstrated the Bullpups' ability to dominate in all phases of the game, from serving and setting to attacking and defending. The balanced statistical contributions across the roster highlight the team's depth as they continue to build momentum in their season.
