McPherson schools to close Monday for Cole Adrian's funeral
Visitation is Sunday afternoon; Monday's service will be livestreamed, with overflow seating at Greer Auditorium
MCPHERSON, Kan. — Services for Cole Thomas Adrian, 6, who died Saturday, Oct. 17, will be held at McPherson Free Methodist Church, 1010 S. Maple St.
Visitation and viewing is 3-5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25. The funeral service is 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, followed by a private graveside service at McPherson Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed on YouTube.
Because of the expected turnout, overflow seating will be available at Greer Auditorium on the Central Christian College campus. Parking is available at the church, Greer Auditorium, Pyle Sports Complex and Roosevelt School, with additional designated on-street parking.
The family asks those attending to wear Cole's favorites: soccer jerseys, blue clothing or camouflage. Memorial donations may be made to the Cole Adrian Memorial Fund. Cole loved flowers, and the family says flowers are also welcome.
