McPherson, KS – McPherson Public Schools is inviting all community members to participate in a new ThoughtExchange initiative designed to gather public input on priorities that will guide the school board as it finalizes a facility master plan and considers a possible bond issue.

As enrollment patterns shift across the district and student needs continue to evolve, school officials are turning to the community to help identify what matters most for the future of local schools.

The ThoughtExchange platform allows community members to both share their own ideas and rate suggestions from others, creating a comprehensive picture of community priorities. The process is simple and designed for maximum participation:

Step 1: Visit the ThoughtExchange link to join the conversation.

Step 2: Share your thoughts about what matters most for students, staff, and facilities in McPherson schools.

Step 3: Rate ideas that other community members have shared. This rating process helps identify which priorities resonate most strongly across the community.

Step 4: Return to the platform regularly to review and rank new ideas as they are added throughout the exchange period.

Community members interested in participating can access the ThoughtExchange at: https://my.thoughtexchange.com/scroll/181867574/welcome
