McPherson school board to meet Tuesday on new superintendent
Board will convene in special session before naming replacement for outgoing Superintendent Shiloh Vincent
MCPHERSON, Kan. — The McPherson Public Schools Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, at 514 N. Main St., where the district's new superintendent is expected to be named. The board met Saturday to consider a replacement for outgoing Superintendent Shiloh Vincent, who departs June 30 to lead ESSDACK, but no announcement has been made ahead of Tuesday's session. The new superintendent will be chosen from three finalists: McPherson USD 418 Assistant Superintendent Ty Rhodes, Goodland USD 352 Superintendent Bill Biermann and Moundridge USD 423 Superintendent Cody Rierson.
