McPherson, KS- The City of McPherson is seeing increased citizen engagement through its SeeClickFix reporting system, a digital tool that allows residents to quickly notify city staff about non-emergency issues throughout the community. The user-friendly platform, accessible at mcpcity.com, enables citizens to report various concerns such as damaged playground equipment, broken signage, and other infrastructure problems directly to the appropriate city departments. However, residents are reminded that SeeClickFix should only be used for non-emergency municipal issues—any crimes or emergency situations should be reported immediately by calling 911.
