McPherson Public Schools hosts first superintendent candidate meet-and-greet
Assistant superintendent Ty Rhodes featured at Tuesday reception
MCPHERSON, Kan. — Community members in McPherson gathered Tuesday to meet Ty Rhodes, the first finalist in the district's search for a new superintendent. Rhodes, whose current district affiliation was not immediately confirmed, previously served as principal at Hesston High School and holds the title of assistant superintendent. He answered questions during a reception from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Central Office, 514 N. Main St. The district will host two additional candidate meet-and-greets at the same time April 20 and April 24, with the names of the remaining finalists to be announced the day of their respective events.
