McPherson High School Inducts 21 New Members into National Honor Society
Students recognized for scholarship, character, leadership, and service at April 22 ceremony.
Twenty-one McPherson High School students were formally inducted into the school's chapter of the National Honor Society during a ceremony held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
Membership in NHS is not awarded lightly. Candidates go through a selective application process evaluated against the organization's four pillars: scholarship, character, leadership, and service. Each inductee has demonstrated excellence across all four areas, distinguishing themselves among their peers both inside and outside the classroom.
The 2026 class of inductees includes: Asher Allen, ChesLea Allison, Bo Barkley, Dane Becker, Carter Bengtson, Jack Boese, Sophie Boese, Cole Cooper, Trisha Desai, Hunter Eilrich, Dylan Hall, Anne-Marie Holmes, Rogan Jones, Serenity Magnall, Olivia Miller, Owen Smith, Olivia Smolik, Brenna Sullivan, Avery Unruh, Audrey Weimer, and Celaine Worden.
